Fresh Blueberries

Fresh blueberries have a sweet yet slightly tart flavor. Serving often when Georgia Grown blueberries are in season.

Fresh Blueberries in cups.

Ingredients:

  • 19 lbs Blueberries, fresh

Steps:

  1. Rinse the fruit in cool, running water.
  2. Portion 1/2 cup of blueberries with a #8 scoop or a 4-ounce spoodle into individual serving containers.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.
