Dressed Shredded Lettuce

Elevate your plain lettuce! It is the ideal zesty companion for an Italian sub, complete with a tangy vinegar kick and a sprinkle of Italian herbs.
Ingredients:
- 3 cup Oil, olive blend
- 2 cup Vinegar, red wine
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Italian Herb Blend
- 2 tsp Pepper, black, ground
- 2 lbs + 4 oz Lettuce, romaine, shredded
Steps:
- Using a large mixing bowl, add all dressing ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Add the shredded romaine and gently mix to coat lettuce in dressing,
- Transfer to a food storage container cover, label, and date. Cold hold at 41°F or lower for service.
No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.
Hold at 41°F or below.
