  1. Cut eggs in half and sprinkle each half with 1/2 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning or dip half of whole egg in Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  2. Cold hold, covered, for service.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.

  4. Serving is 1 whole egg or 2 halves.
