Everything Bagel Hardboiled Egg

This recipe couldn’t be easier, and it tastes amazing! Everything Bagel Hard-Boiled Eggs are full of flavor, and that little crunch from the seasoning makes them even better.
Ingredients:
- 50 each Eggs, large, whole, hardboiled, peeled
- 1 cup Everything Bagel Seasoning
Steps:
DAY PRIOR TO SERVICE:
- Make Everything Bagel Seasoning.
No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.
DAY OF SERVICE:
- Cut eggs in half and sprinkle each half with 1/2 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning or dip half of whole egg in Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Cold hold, covered, for service.
- Serving is 1 whole egg or 2 halves.
No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.
Hold at 41°F or below.
