Yum Yum Sauce

Yum Yum Sauce is tangy, savory, and sweet. Popular with students, this recipe creates a complex flavor sauce you do not find in purchased versions. Use as a dipper or finishing drizzle on rice bowls, salads, veggies, pizza, wraps, fish or chicken.

Yum Yum Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Yogurt, Greek, plain
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar, rice
  • 1/4 cup Sugar, granulated
  • 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted, melted
  • 3 tbsp Water, tap
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
  • 1 tbsp Spice, onion, powder
  • 1 tbsp Spice, paprika, ground

Steps:

  1. Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Cold hold, covered, for use.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.
