Spicy Peanut Dressing

A bold blend of roasted peanuts, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sambal, this dressing is zesty, sweet, and spicy. Easy to prepare and incredibly versatile, making it perfect for adding flavor to a variety of dishes.
Ingredients:
- 4 cup Peanut Butter, creamy
- 1 1/2 cup Vinegar, rice
- 1 cup Syrup, maple
- 3/4 cup Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 3/4 cup Water, tap, hot
- 1/4 cup Sambal
Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- Place in the cooler, wrapped, labeled, and dated.
You can also make this dressing in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and all ingredients are mixed.
Hold at 41°F or below.
Preparing the Spicy Peanut Dressing a day in advance is ideal, as it gives time for the flavors to meld and intensify.
