Soy Marinated Hardboiled Eggs

These versatile eggs can enhance salads, rice bowls, bento boxes, and noodle dishes. They are easy to make, flavorful, and visually appealing.
Ingredients:
MARINADE:
- 4 cup Soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 cup Water, tap
- 2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Sambal
- 1/4 cup Oil, sesame
- 1/4 cup Seeds, sesame
- 1 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
- 50 each Eggs, large, whole, hardboiled, peeled
Steps:
- Using a large mixing bowl, whisk all marinade ingredients to combine.
- Place the peeled eggs in marinade and store in the cooler, wrapped, labeled, and dated, overnight.
- Serving is 1 egg.
Hold at 41°F or below.
