Soy Marinated Hardboiled Eggs

Ingredients:

MARINADE:

  • 4 cup Soy sauce, low sodium
  • 2 cup Water, tap
  • 2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Sambal
  • 1/4 cup Oil, sesame
  • 1/4 cup Seeds, sesame
  • 1 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
  • 50 each Eggs, large, whole, hardboiled, peeled

Steps:

  1. Using a large mixing bowl, whisk all marinade ingredients to combine.
  2. Place the peeled eggs in marinade and store in the cooler, wrapped, labeled, and dated, overnight.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.

  4. Serving is 1 egg.
