Southern Style Biscuits

This recipe provides all the details necessary for baking light and fluffy biscuits every time.

Southern Style Biscuits on a pan.

Ingredients:

  • 61 each Biscuit, 2oz. grain, dough, frozen
  • 61 sprays Pan spray, butter flavored

Steps:

  1. Line sheet pans with parchment paper and spray with pan spray.
  2. Place frozen biscuit dough, with sides touching, in a honeycomb formation (rows of 6 and then 5). Each full sheet pan will hold 61 biscuits.
  3. Keep biscuits frozen until baked.

  4. Bake biscuits until golden brown at 375°F for 12-16 minutes.
  5. Remove biscuits from oven and spray tops with butter mist to create a nice shine.
  6. Serving is 1 biscuit.
  7. Hot hold for service. Biscuits hold well and do not need to be batch cooked through service.

    Hold at 135°F or above.
