Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend

House Spice Blend

Ingredients:

  • 4 cup Spice, cinnamon, ground
  • 1 cup Spice, ginger, ground
  • 11 cup Spice, nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 cup Spice, allspice, ground
  • 1/2 cup Spice, clove, ground
  • 1/2 cup Spice, cardamom, ground

Steps:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  3. Before using, stir or shake (spices may settle during storage).
