Lime Wedges

Freshly cut lime wedges offering bright, citrus flavor to enhance topping bars, tacos, bowls, and entrées. A simple, fresh way for students to customize their lunches.

Lime Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 10 each Limes, fresh, whole

Steps:

  1. Remove stickers from limes, if needed.
  2. Rinse limes under, cool, running water.
  3. Use fruit sectionizer to slice each lime into 8 wedges.
  4. Cold hold for service.
  5. Store in the cooler, covered, labeled, and dated, at 41°F or lower.
  6. Hold at 41°F or below.
