Lemony-Dill Yogurt Sauce

This creamy sauce combines the refreshing flavors of lemon, dill, and garlic with Greek yogurt and sour cream.
Ingredients:
- 6 cup Yogurt, Greek, plain, low fat
- 5 cup Sour Cream, low fat
- 3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/3 cup Vinegar, red wine
- 3/4 cup Juice, lemon
- 1/2 cup Lemon, zest
- 2 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
- 1 1/2 tbsp Spice, dill weed, dried
- 1 tbsp Spice, oregano, dried
- 1 tbsp Pepper, red, crushed, flakes
- 1 tsp Spice, pepper, black, ground
- 1/2 tsp Salt, kosher
Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and all ingredients are mixed.
- Place in the cooler, wrapped, labeled, and dated.
Hold at 41°F or below.
Preparing the sauce a day in advance is ideal, as it gives time for the flavors to meld and intensify.
