Lemony-Dill Yogurt Sauce

This creamy sauce combines the refreshing flavors of lemon, dill, and garlic with Greek yogurt and sour cream.

Lemony-Dill Yogurt Sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cup Yogurt, Greek, plain, low fat
  • 5 cup Sour Cream, low fat
  • 3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/3 cup Vinegar, red wine
  • 3/4 cup Juice, lemon
  • 1/2 cup Lemon, zest
  • 2 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Spice, dill weed, dried
  • 1 tbsp Spice, oregano, dried
  • 1 tbsp Pepper, red, crushed, flakes
  • 1 tsp Spice, pepper, black, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Salt, kosher

Steps:

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and all ingredients are mixed.
  3. Place in the cooler, wrapped, labeled, and dated.
  4. Hold at 41°F or below.

    Preparing the sauce a day in advance is ideal, as it gives time for the flavors to meld and intensify.
