Kolache Dough
A recipe from Georgia Department of Education School Nutrition
Kolaches are pillowy baked pastries with various fillings from sweet to savory. This base recipe for Kolache dough is for all our Kolache varieties.
Ingredients:
- 60 each Dough, yeast, honey wheat, frozen, 2 oz.
- Pan spray, butter
Steps:
- Spray sheet pan generously with butter pan spray.
- Arrange 60 rolls per sheet pan.
- Place in the cooler, wrapped, overnight to thaw.
Leave an approximate 1" gap between rolls.
