Fresh Apple Slices

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Rinse apples under, cool, running water.
  2. Use fruit sectionizer to core and slice apples.
  3. Place sliced apples in the Salt Water bath for 5 minutes, then drain.
  4. This will prevent them from browning for up to 3 days and does not alter the taste.

  5. Portion 1/2 cup apple slices into individual serving containers.
  6. Hold at 41°F or below.
