Cheesy Green Bean Casserole

This classic holiday recipe is great with a variety of veggies.
Ingredients:
- 12 lbs Beans, green, frozen
- 5 lbs Cheese sauce, white
- 3 lbs Cheese, mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tbsp Spice, onion, ground
- 2 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
- 1 tbsp Pepper, black, ground
- 12 oz Onions, crispy, fried
Steps:
- Using a large mixing bowl and rubber spatula, combine the white cheese sauce, shredded mozzarella, onion, garlic, and pepper.
- Gently stir in the frozen green beans.
- Evenly spread the green bean and cheese mixture into 2-inch pans.
- Just before baking, sprinkle each pan with crispy fried onions. Cover the pans with foil and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes. This step ensures the onions are golden and crispy.
- Serving is 1/2 cup.
This is a great make ahead recipe. These pans can be wrapped, labeled, and dated. Freeze until needed and thaw in the cooler one to two days prior to production.
Cook to 135°F or higher.
Hold at 135°F or above.
