Buffalo Sweet Chili Glaze

This Buffalo Sweet Chili Glaze is a great combination of fiery, sweet, and tangy. Easy to make and includes crushed red pepper flakes, garlic, and black pepper.

Buffalo sweet chili glaze

Ingredients:

  • 2 qt + 2 cup Sauce, sweet and sour, prepared
  • 1 qt + 1 cup Sauce, buffalo, prepared
  • 3 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Spice, pepper, red, flakes
  • 1 tbsp Spice, pepper, black, ground

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until thoroughly combined.
  2. Cold hold, covered, labeled, and dated until use.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.
