Blackening Spice Blend

A blend of spices that works well in sauces, on meats or as a seasoning.

Blackening Spice Blend

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup Spice, paprika, ground
  • 1 1/2 cup Spice, garlic, powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Spice, onion, powder
  • 1 cup Spice, cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Spice, chipotle, powder
  • 1/2 cup Spice, pepper, black, ground
  • 1/4 cup Spice, basil, dried
  • 1/4 cup Spice, oregano, dried
  • 1/4 cup Spice, thyme, dried

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Store, labeled and dated, in an airtight container. Before using, stir or shake (spices may settle during storage).
