Assorted Dried Fruit

A colorful blend of sweet raisins and tart dried cranberries. These are a great addition to your breakfast oatmeal topping bar.

Ingredients:

  • 14 oz Raisins, black
  • 12 oz Raisins, golden
  • 12 oz Cranberries, dried, sweetened

Steps:

    No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.

  1. Using a mixing bowl, combine dried fruit.
  2. Place in 2-inch or 4-inch skinny pans, or a 6-pan configuration, for use on topping bars.
  3. Place in dry storage, covered and date marked, for use.
