Kolache Dough

Kolaches are pillowy baked pastries with various fillings from sweet to savory. This base recipe for Kolache dough is for all our Kolache varieties.

Kolache Dough

Ingredients:

  • 60 each Dough, yeast, honey wheat, frozen, 2 oz.
  • Pan spray, butter

Steps:

  1. Spray sheet pan generously with butter pan spray.
  2. Arrange 60 rolls per sheet pan.
  3. Leave an approximate 1" gap between rolls.

  4. Place in the cooler, wrapped, overnight to thaw.
  5. Proceed with one of our Kolache recipes.
