Yum Yum Sauce

Yum Yum Sauce is tangy, savory, and sweet. Popular with students, this recipe creates a complex flavor sauce you do not find in purchased versions. Use as a dipper or finishing drizzle on rice bowls, salads, veggies, pizza, wraps, fish or chicken.
Ingredients:
- 3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Yogurt, Greek, plain
- 1/4 cup Vinegar, rice
- 1/4 cup Sugar, granulated
- 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted, melted
- 3 tbsp Water, tap
- 3 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
- 1 tbsp Spice, onion, powder
- 1 tbsp Spice, paprika, ground
Steps:
- Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
- Cold hold, covered, for use.
Hold at 41°F or below.
