Shawarma Yogurt Sauce

This Shawarma sauce is delicious on wraps, sandwiches, chicken, salads, and with fresh veggies.

Shawarma Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 7 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain
  • 1/3 cup Juice, lemon
  • 3 tbsp Water, tap
  • 3 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Spice, cumin, ground

Steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients together one or two days ahead. Store, labeled and dated.
  2. Hold at 41°F or below.

    The yogurt sauce can be added to squeeze bottles for easy distribution.
