Shawarma Yogurt Sauce
A recipe from Cherokee County School Nutrition
This Shawarma sauce is delicious on wraps, sandwiches, chicken, salads, and with fresh veggies.
Ingredients:
- 7 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain
- 1/3 cup Juice, lemon
- 3 tbsp Water, tap
- 3 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
- 1 1/2 tbsp Spice, cumin, ground
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together one or two days ahead. Store, labeled and dated.
Hold at 41°F or below.
The yogurt sauce can be added to squeeze bottles for easy distribution.
