Lime Wedges

Freshly cut lime wedges offering bright, citrus flavor to enhance topping bars, tacos, bowls, and entrées. A simple, fresh way for students to customize their lunches.
Ingredients:
- 10 each Limes, fresh, whole
Steps:
- Remove stickers from limes, if needed.
- Rinse limes under, cool, running water.
- Use fruit sectionizer to slice each lime into 8 wedges.
- Cold hold for service.
- Store in the cooler, covered, labeled, and dated, at 41°F or lower.
Hold at 41°F or below.
