Spiced Peach Granola Parfait

Vanilla yogurt spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg, peaches, and house made granola. This recipe is simple and delicious!

Spiced Peach Granola Parfaits.

Ingredients:

  • 6 1/4 cup House Made Granola
  • 1 1/2 #10 can Peaches, canned, diced
  • 1 1/2 gal + 1 cup Yogurt, low-fat, vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Spice, cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tbsp Spice, cardamom, ground
  • 1 tbsp Spice, nutmeg, ground

Steps:

DAY PRIOR TO SERVICE:

    No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.

  1. Drain diced peaches of excess liquid.
  2. While peaches are draining, prepare the yogurt. Using a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla yogurt, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg.

  3. In a clear cup portion 1/2 cup spiced yogurt, and 1/4 cup diced peaches.
  4. Store, labeled, dated, and wrapped in the cooler.
  5. Hold at 41°F or below.

DAY OF SERVICE:

    No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.

  1. Top each parfait with 1/4 cup house made granola.
  2. Cold hold parfaits for service.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.

  4. Serving is 1 parfait.
