Ingredients:
- 2 lbs + 8 oz Cheese, cheddar, shredded
- 2 lbs + 8 oz Cheese, mozzarella, shredded
Steps:
- Mix cheese and portion 1 tablespoon into portion cups for use as topping option.
- Cold hold in cooler for use.
No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.
Hold at 41°F or below.
