Shredded Mixed Cheeses

Mix of bold cheddar and creamy mozzarella - adds balanced flavor and a marble color. Great for customizing tacos, nachos, hot dogs, and more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs + 8 oz Cheese, cheddar, shredded
  • 2 lbs + 8 oz Cheese, mozzarella, shredded

Steps:

    No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.

  1. Mix cheese and portion 1 tablespoon into portion cups for use as topping option.
  2. Cold hold in cooler for use.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.
