Raita Sauce

A creamy, cooling Indian yogurt-based condiment, this easy raita recipe makes a refreshing dip or an excellent condiment for sandwiches and wraps.

Raita sauce

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp Garlic, fresh, minced
  • 4 each Cucumber, fresh, grated
  • 2/3 cup Mint, fresh, chopped
  • 2/3 cup Onion, green, fresh, sliced
  • 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 cup Yogurt, plain, greek
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Pepper, black

Steps:

  1. Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Cold hold, covered, for use.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.
