Raita Sauce

A creamy, cooling Indian yogurt-based condiment, this easy raita recipe makes a refreshing dip or an excellent condiment for sandwiches and wraps.
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Garlic, fresh, minced
- 4 each Cucumber, fresh, grated
- 2/3 cup Mint, fresh, chopped
- 2/3 cup Onion, green, fresh, sliced
- 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cup Yogurt, plain, greek
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Pepper, black
Steps:
- Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
- Cold hold, covered, for use.
Hold at 41°F or below.
