Alabama White BBQ Sauce

Alabama White BBQ sauce is creamy, tangy, slightly spicy sauce that is great for dipping or drizzling. Quick to make and the irresistible flavor will have students coming back!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 qt Sour Cream, low fat
- 1 1/2 cup Vinegar, apple cider
- 1/4 cup Sauce, worcestershire
- 1/4 cup Sauce, cayenne
- 1/4 cup BBQ Spice Blend
- 3 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
- 3 tbsp Spice, pepper, black, ground
- 2 tbsp Spice, onion, powder
Steps:
- Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
- Cold hold, covered, for use.
Hold at 41°F or below.
This sauce should be made one day in advance for best flavor.
