Snack Sriracha Pimento Cheese

This pimento cheese combination adds Sriracha for heat, a hint of garlic, a bit of vinegar for tanginess, and is slightly sweet. It has a vibrant color and is visually appealing.

Sriracha Pimento Cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs + 2 oz Cheese, cheddar, shredded
  • 3 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lbs Pimentos, jar, drained
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
  • 1 tbsp Spice, onion, powder
  • 2 tsp Pepper, red, flakes
  • 2 tsp Pepper, black, ground
  • 1 tsp Salt, Kosher

Steps:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. For large batches a VCM or mixer with paddle attachment work well.

  3. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Cold hold at 41°F or lower for use.
  5. Hold at 41°F or below.

  6. 1/3 cup serving provides 1 M/MA.
  7. Pimento cheese is excellent when freshly made. It also keeps well, allowing for preparation the day before.
