Nashville Hot Sauce

Nashville Hot Sauce is a regional hot sauce that combines cayenne pepper, other spices, and brown sugar for a robust flavor. The sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and heat.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Spice, pepper, cayenne
- 1/2 cup Butter, buds
- 1/4 cup Sugar, brown
- 2 tbsp Spice, chili, powder
- 2 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
- 2 tbsp Spice, paprika, ground
- 1 tbsp Spice, pepper, black, ground
- 1 qt Water, tap
Steps:
- Using a mixing bowl, combine cayenne pepper, butter buds, brown sugar, chili powder, granulated garlic, paprika, and black pepper.
- Add water and whisk to combine all ingredients.
- Cold hold until needed.
Hold at 41°F or below.
This recipe can be cold held for up to 7 days.
