Juicy, sweet, and sometimes tart with a delightful crunch, apples remain a lunchtime favorite. When in season, offer an assortment of Georgia-grown apples.

Whole red apples.

Ingredients:

  • 100 each Apples, 100 count, whole, raw

Steps:

  1. Rinse apples under, cool, running water.
  2. Place in 4-inch whole or half hotel pans for service.
  3. Hold at 41°F or below.

  4. Each serving is 1 apple.
