BBQ Spice Blend

A blend of spices that works well in sauces, on meats or as a seasoning. This savory seasoning has just the right touch of heat that blends well with the other spices.

BBQ Spice Blend

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup Spice, paprika, smoked
  • 1 cup Pepper, black, ground
  • 1 cup Spice, garlic, granulated
  • 1 cup Spice, onion, powder
  • 1 cup Spice, cumin, ground
  • 1 cup Oregano, dried, ground
  • 1 cup Spice, chili powder
  • 1/4 cup Spice, mustard, powder
  • 1/4 cup Spice, coriander, ground
  • 1/4 cup Spice, chipotle, powder

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. Store, labeled and dated, in an airtight container.
  3. Before using, stir or shake (spices may settle during storage).
