Fresh Peaches

Fresh peaches, particularly those grown in Georgia, make a delicious addition to school menus! They are sweet, juicy, and have a hint of tartness.
Ingredients:
- 100 each Peaches, raw, size 56
Steps:
- Rinse peaches under cool running water.
- Place peaches in 2- or 4-inch half or full hotel pans for service. Four-inch skinny pans also work well for service.
- Serving is 1 peach.
No bare hand contact with ready to eat food.
Hold at 41°F or below.
