Bold Marinara Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 #10 can Sauce, marinara
  • 1/4 cup Italian Herb Blend
  • 1 tbsp Spice, garlic, granulated
  • 1 tbsp Pepper, red, crushed, flakes
  • 1 tbsp Pepper, black, ground
  • 1 tbsp Spice, onion, powder
  • 2 tsp Salt, Kosher

Steps:

  1. Add all ingredients to steam jacket kettle and whisk to combine.
  2. Bring the sauce to a boil and immediately reduce to simmer.
  3. Simmer marinara sauce 15 minutes.
  4. Cook to 135°F or higher.

  5. Once the sauce has simmered for 15 minutes, it is ready for use in recipes.
  6. Hold at 135°F or above.
